Lego Rock Raiders

After crashing on an alien planet, a crew of rock raiders must try to repair the ship and return home. Take control of five members of the crew: Jet, Axle, Bandit, Doc, and Sparks. Travel through 18 single-player missions and six multiplayer missions where the crew must rescue other rock raiders, collect green and red energy crystals, and find the teleporter. Get the crew home in LEGO ROCK RAIDERS.

This is a game intended for children, but is still quite surprisinly challenging.

This works 100% on XP, but doesn't work on 64-bit Vista, 32-bit Vista untested.
