Now u will get these files after extracting:
BrokenSteel - Main.bsa
BrokenSteel - Sounds.bsa
BrokenSteel.esm

Put them in Fallout 3/Data folder.

You will also get these files:
2 weeks later.bik
B09.bik
B27.bik
B28.bik
B29.bik
ContentFileInfo.txt

Take backup of the existing 2 weeks later.bik, and B09.bik files just in case before overwriting them with the new ones. Put those in Fallout 3\Data\Video folder

Now start the game with Fallout Mod Manager & Load the Broken Steel files & Play or start the Fallout3 Launcher & check the Broken Steel Files & start the game.

Make sure u finish the game to start this DLC. Coz this DLC starts after u end the main quest. Free roam for few mins or sleep several times & then a message will come up to trigger the Broken Steel DLC
